Stash – Bloom Stool with Albin Merle (Design by Maël Sandoz)

Liam Phan’s music and sound design are featured on Stash Media in Have a Seat, the latest Blender short by Geneva-based CG artist Albin Merle and inspired by the Bloom Stool from Swiss designer Mael Sandoz. The piece explores the dialogue between natural and synthetic materials — a concept echoed in Liam’s score, built from forest field recordings transformed into plastic‑like textures and driven by Euclidean rhythms, orchestral percussion, taikos, and analog beats.
